All participants must be at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of event or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Employees and directors of 47 Brand, LLC and its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, and advertising or promotional agencies or individuals involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the event and the immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year, whether related or not. Thirty-Four (34) photo opportunities will be given away on a first-come first-served basis. No more than two (2) people per photo opportunity will be allowed. Only one (1) photo per photo opportunity. Line begins at 2:45pm EST at the ’47 store located at 5 Yawkey Way, Boston, MA 02215. For safety and legal purposes, no overnight squatting, camping or loitering permitted. Winners of the photo opportunity will receive ’47 merchandise with a retail value up to $350. Merchandise selection shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of ’47. No substitute or monetary equivalent will be offered in exchange for the merchandise.
